Tracey Hopkirk
ABODE Director
Owner Tracey is a licensed agent with a long history in corporate & residential real estate, property and asset management, facilities management, and body corporate management. She also has experience project managing commercial and residential fit-outs to an incredibly high standard.
Described as hard-working, dedicated to delivering quality service with strong attention to detail she enjoys working closely with all stakeholders on negotiations and the decision-making processes, mitigating risks to maximise the asset service delivery potential, to ensure the best possible outcomes across operations and performance.
As a business owner, she has successfully managed property portfolios, projects, service standards, budgets, staff, and contracts to industry best practice standards. Tracey's unique skill set enables her team to do much more than connect you with customers or (buyers; tenants) - Abode Property Group offers you a wraparound service for all your real estate needs. She is a self-motivated, proactive individual with an ambitious approach, who strives to continually challenge herself seeking growth and development in the property sector, as with “Challenge Comes Change”.
Graeme Hopkirk

Graeme has carved out a very successful career spanning 30+ years as the Owner of a specialist manufacturing operation in joinery craftsmanship (Cabinetry + Exterior Window & Door Joinery + Design + Project Management). He has rare versatility and is recognised as a skilled specialist in timber due to his thorough understanding of the design and manufacture process for the end-to-end delivery of projects from domestic, to commercial building environments.
As a trade skills joinery craftsman + builder + design specialist + and project manager, combined with his interdisciplinary industry knowledge he has adopted a creative, innovative, and progressive business, built on enthusiasm, energy, results, and most importantly “what's best for the client”.
As a client you benefit from his tailored approach, personalised client care, and elite negotiation skills, transcending traditional levels of customer service which creates a seamless experience from the point of contact to the delivery of your project.
