As the owner of investment properties here in AU and in NZ, I first met Tracey in early 2016 when she was appointed the Deputy General Manager of a Body Corporate Management firm with the additional responsibility for the operational management of an Apartment complex in Queenstown, New Zealand in which I owned a unit involved in a contentious litigation process.

As the Body Corporate Chairman of this complex, I worked closely with Tracey during an exhaustive two-and-a-half-year litigation process in dealing with various stakeholders including owners, councils’ lawyers, engineers, consultants, and other contractors due to complex structural problems necessitating remediation, in addition to liaising directly with her on the day-to-day running for this complex.

I found Tracey to be extremely well organised, highly professional, with excellent communications skills in all her dealings with myself and with all stakeholders.
